We are seeking an energetic and positive Dental Office Manager to join our wonderful and incredibly dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a staff of 7 including a dental associate, receptionist, 2 dental assistants, 2-3 hygienists and assisting the dentist in managing a vastly growing practice with a very rapidly growing patient base.

The goal is to find someone who fits in well with our current small office staff of 5 and transition to our new location..…we are opening brand new office in September 2026!

Ideal hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS!!!

One owner dentist, 1 dental associate stating in June 2026 and 2 full-time hygienists with 7 operatories.

All staff are incredibly hard-working and dedicated to the dentist, each other and to the patients. This dental practice has been around in its current location for 47 years! (1979). Very pleasant environment for both staff and patients alike.

Duties include:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-strong computer skills (good communication skills, fast and accurate typing skills, good phone etiquette, scanning, emailing and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of phone systems, office dental software and office equipment

- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner

-Manage staff in a positive, encouraging and fun manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

- Accounts Receivable (ARs)

-manage staff illness and need for getting same day replacements/temps

-Predeterminations for major work (implant rehabilitations, crown and bridge, prosthetics)

-oversee IPAC policies are being followed at all times and IPAC records are being done properly

- Verify insurance information and process payments

- Maintain electronic dental records accurately

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working as a CDAII and/or Dental Receptionist
