Your Impact on Our Patients and Team (Responsibilities):
This is a dual-focus role where you will excel in both patient-facing and team-development duties:
As a Treatment Coordinator:
- Masterfully present complex treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients with clarity and empathy.
- Expertly coordinate patient schedules and appointments to ensure a seamless treatment journey.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and our clinical team, ensuring all questions are answered.
As a Team Trainer:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training materials for our administrative and clinical staff.
- Utilize your instructional skills to lead training sessions that improve service delivery and office efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and contribute to the overall growth of the practice.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):
- Required: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.
- Required: To be considered, your dental office experience must be from within North America.
- A deep understanding of dental procedures and the confidence to communicate them effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating efficient systems.
- Asset: Previous experience with TRACKER dental software is highly valued.
