In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential partner in helping them begin their orthodontic journey—all while contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

- Your Role: A Blend of Relationship Building and Sales
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a sales-focused and relationship-centred role, guiding patients through one of the most exciting decisions they’ll ever make. You will:
- Welcome new patients with a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic approach.
- Review health and medical histories and help patients share their goals for treatment.
- Assist the Orthodontists by entering data, listening to conversations, and accurately recording treatment notes.
- Educate and inspire patients by explaining treatment plans using videos, presentations, and visual aids.
- Close the sale:
- Work collaboratively with patients and families to create payment plans that fit their budget.
- Help them move confidently forward to the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted.
- Generate correspondence after initial consultations and recall exams for referring dentists.
- Follow up with patients who are ready to begin treatment—your outreach can make all the difference.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor, other dental specialists, and general practitioners.
- Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.
- Support the team with other administrative duties as needed.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a sales environment, whether your experience comes from dental, orthodontic, or non-dental industries—what matters is your passion for connecting, educating, and helping people take action.
- What You Bring to the Team
- 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience is an asset.
- Professional sales experience—dental or non-dental—is strongly valued.
- Experience in patient care or customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
