Key Qualifications We Seek:
- Expertise in Dental Administration: High-level understanding of dental office operations, insurance, and staff supervision.
- Leadership and Training: Proven ability to train, coach, and lead administrative staff towards excellence.
- Clinical Insight: Basic understanding of dental procedures to communicate effectively with both team and patients.
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Communication Skills: Stellar interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, to manage your team and patient interactions.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix and Recall Max is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and train reception staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Track and report office performance
- assist with all front desk duties as required
