We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, with proficiency in Tracker.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise staff effectively while ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee scheduling of appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management of the practice, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Ensure that all office procedures comply with health regulations and standards of care.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role within a dental office is required.
- Proficiency in Tracker software is essential; familiarity with other dental management software is a plus.
- Ability to Treatment coordinate and present treatment well.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- A background in nursing or hospital settings may be advantageous but is not mandatory.
