## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

## Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dental office
- Manage and book appointments using systems such as Recall Max
- Manage the front desk operations, including patient check-in, scheduling, and billing
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to office staff, ensuring optimal performance.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office workflow
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, such as submitting insurance claims, billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Handle payroll, A/R, and Purchasing office supplies
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure efficient patient care
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings to optimize patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
## Requirements
- Proven experience working in a dental office as an office manager.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills with both staff and patients
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals, leadership experience
- Strong treatment coordinating experience
- Strong budgeting skills and experience managing financial tasks
- Knowledge in Recallmax and Cleardent is an asset.
Schedule is flexible but includes Monday to Friday 9-6 PM, Saturday 9-2 PM (one day per week can be taken as off per coordination with the owner)
