We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of medical and dental office operations, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary documentation.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment that adheres to health regulations and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support human resources functions as needed, including onboarding new staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as DENTAL TC/TL is Mandatory. Applications without such experience WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

- Strong background in supervising staff within dental environment.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
