What You’ll Be Doing:
-Serve as a key liaison between patients, clinical staff, and the front office.
-Present and review comprehensive treatment plans with patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner. Answer questions regarding procedures, timing, and financial obligations.
-Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups, verify insurance benefits and pre-authorizations; explain coverage and out-of-pocket estimates.
-Admin responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental administrative role.
-Experience with Paradigm software (required or highly preferred)
-Ability to think independently
- Positive attitude
-Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance billing.
-Ability to confidently discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly, patient-first attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a team that values collaboration and care
