We’re a well-established dental practice with over 34 years of trusted service in our community, and we’re looking for a full-time, permanent team member to help us transition into an exciting new chapter—bringing modern technology, updated systems, and even more smiles to our amazing patients.
Work Schedule
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: Flexibility to cover 1–2 per month, if needed
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the face of the practice—greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating appointments, treatment plans, and financial arrangements
- Maintaining accurate patient records and charts
- Supporting both clinical and administrative staff with scheduling and communication
- Utilizing ABELDent software (experience is a strong asset)

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in dental administration or treatment coordination
- ABELDent knowledge is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude
- Passion for patient care and efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
