What You’ll Do
- Run the front desk with military-level precision: greeting patients, managing calls/emails, and controlling the flow of the day.
- Bill patients flawlessly — accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Keep a tight schedule for 2 dentists and 3 hygienists — no wasted time, no empty chairs.
- Think fast, solve problems instantly, and keep the clinic moving at full pace.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure every patient leaves feeling valued, cared for, and impressed.
What We Expect
- Minimum 3 years of dental field experience (required).
- Flawless communication and organizational skills.
