Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of two of our dental practices. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office management and human resources, along with excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and patient communication to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to streamline processes and improve patient care.
- Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize Open Dental and Recall Max (Max Assist) software for efficient practice management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dental office is required.
- Experience with Open Dental software.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules.
- Background in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare context is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Schedule
- Monday- Friday
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
- Position will be shared between dental clinics, both located in the SW
