Full Job Description
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm. We are looking for a full-time role.
Start date: June 1st, 2025
Contract period - 18-24 months with option to become a permanent employee afterwards.
Starting Wage: Between $25-32/hour, based on experience, all hours over 40 in a week or 8 hours in a day are paid at overtime rates.
Our office is located in a busy plaza in Stittsville. Free parking for all staff available.
The successful candidate will be professional, friendly, have good communication skills, work well in a team environment, highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Recent graduates are welcome.
Duties:
- Welcoming patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling patients for appointments
- Collecting payments, providing day end reports, and inputting payments into system
- Working with Cleardent Dental software (training can also be provided as needed)

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
