Overview

This position requires the right candidate to work 2 evenings a week and 2-3 Saturdays a month. Must be able to work Saturdays.

Your Responsibilities & Experience
Below we’ve listed formal responsibilities but aren’t limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
- Minimum one year of North American experience in a general dental office as a Treatment Coordinator. This is an absolute must.
- Clinical background is considered an asset (CDA, RDH), as well as experience using Tracker dental software.
- Understanding of dental treatment planning.
- Act as the first point of contact to patients, particularly through welcoming and hosting in-person, over the telephone, and through email, with a view to deliver outstanding customer/patient service.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments.
- Manage the daily appointment schedule including patient check-in, updating dental providers on patient status (ie. on-time/early/late), reviewing timeliness of appointment completion, and reporting service delays to Office Manager.
- Providing reports on consultations and treatments.
