As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide patients through treatment plans, financial conversations, and next steps with confidence, empathy, and follow-through. This role blends hospitality, sales, and patient advocacy to create an exceptional experience while supporting strong case acceptance.
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Guide patients through pricing, value, and payment options
Handle objections with empathy and professionalism
Follow up consistently on pending treatment decisions
Schedule care and reduce delays, cancellations, and no-shows
Deliver a warm, high-touch, hospitality-driven patient experience
Collaborate closely with clinicians and front office teams
Closing and influencing decisions with integrity
Building trust and rapport quickly
Communicating with warmth, clarity, and confidence
Staying organized, proactive, and accountable
Following up without being pushy
2–5 years in a Dental Adminitrative Role (Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator) is an asset
Proven ability to convert, close, or influence decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with computers, scheduling, and CRM systems
Professional, polished demeanor
Multilingual skills are an asset (not required)
Treatment plan conversion rates

This is a newly created position, offering a pay range of $24–$27 per hour.
