Beach Kids Dentistry is looking for a full time Dental Team Leader.

Clinic hours are: Monday to Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm (No evenings or weekends)
Role Outline:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving the practice’s visibility, leading the team, improving the patient care experience and improving the practice’s performance.
- Must have experience in all reception duties (ie: confirming/scheduling appointments, sending emails etc)
- Ensure that all emails are answered in a timely fashion.
- Regular communication with the Operations manager on the practice progress.
- Ongoing coordination of treatment plan acceptance, prepare estimates for treatment, appropriate and accurate scheduling of all treatment including recare appointments.
- Financial Coordinating ie: managing A/R (patient accounts: collecting and processing of payments).
- Ensure that appropriate treatment procedures are completed and that all day end payments are completed, collected and balanced.
- Build and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and productivity while still fostering a supportive work environment.
- Coordinate with the Operations manager to ensure that day to day tasks including staff scheduling, inventory, and patient relations are managed appropriately.
- Respond to clinical and office concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promotes employee engagement and creates a culture with clear expectations and accountabilities.
- Execute all internal office procedures and practices.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to problem solve and able to resolve issues that may arise with patients as well as staff.
- This is an 12 month maternity leave role.
