Dental Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who understands dental office systems, enjoys managing teams, and is committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
The ideal candidate has prior dental office management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep both the administrative and operational sides of the practice running smoothly. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office and ensure the practice runs efficiently
- Lead, support, and manage front desk and administrative team members
- Monitor scheduling, patient flow, collections, and overall office performance
- Help improve production, case acceptance, reactivation, and patient retention
- Ensure an excellent patient experience from the first call to treatment completion
- Coordinate staff scheduling, workflow, and office coverage
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
- Maintain office policies, systems, and operational standards
- Work closely with the dentist(s) and clinical team to support practice goals
- Handle day-to-day problem solving and keep the office organized and accountable
- Review reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure professionalism, teamwork, and a positive office culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental office management or a similar leadership role in a dental practice
- Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, treatment coordination, collections, and patient communication
- Experience managing administrative staff and supporting overall office performance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
