We are a multidisciplinary dental group operating three established and growing practices in Toronto. Our services include general dentistry, hygiene, oral surgery, implants, endodontics, periodontics, sedation, and full-arch restorative treatment.
We are not looking for someone to maintain offices.
We are looking for someone to elevate them.

The Role
As Regional Dental Office Manager, you will oversee operations across three locations. You will be responsible for driving production, improving collections, strengthening systems, and building strong, accountable teams.
You will work directly with ownership to execute growth strategies and improve measurable performance across all practices.
What You Will Be Accountable For
Performance & Growth
- Increasing production and collections
- Monitoring KPIs: production, collections, AR, case acceptance, hygiene reappointment, schedule efficiency
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Driving profitability while maintaining clinical excellence
Leadership
- Managing and developing office managers and administrative teams
- Hiring strategically and building strong team culture
- Holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Standardizing systems across all locations
Operational Excellence
- Optimizing provider schedules and productivity
- Improving front-end efficiency and patient experience
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and employment standards
What We Are Looking For
- 3–7+ years of dental office management experience (multi-location preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental KPIs and financial metrics
- Proven ability to grow production and collections
- Experience managing teams of 20+ staff
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Comfort with performance management and strategic planning
Experience in multidisciplinary or specialty practices is a strong asset.
