Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented experienced Dental Office Manager (more than 7 years) to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams
- Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks
- Manage medical records, patient scheduling, and electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards including JCAHO accreditation requirements and OSHA guidelines
- Oversee medical administrative support tasks such as insurance claims processing, managed care coordination, and billing accuracy
- Maintain a high standard of patient care by monitoring clinic workflows, managing acute care procedures when necessary, and supporting nursing staff in clinical duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management or a similar healthcare setting with clinic experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Expertise in fiscal management, including budgeting, financial management, and utilization management
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards
- Proficiency in dental practice management software curve is MOST
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
