We are a non-assignment office with limited CDCP patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring a full schedule for 1 dentist and 2 hygienists.
- Process patient check-in and check-out
- Maintain accurate patient records in Tracker software.
- Process patient information and verify insurance eligibility.
- Collect payments and process billing transactions efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
- Warm, friendly, and personable with a patient-first attitude
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a Dental Receptionist is a must
- Proficient in using phone systems and electronic medical records software (experience with Tracker is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
