Our well-established dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Administrative Professional who thrives in a structured, patient-centered environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This position is ideal for a confident dental administrator with strong organizational skills, insurance knowledge, and Dentrix experience who enjoys taking ownership of front desk operations.

For the right candidate with leadership potential, this role may evolve into a future Office Manager opportunity.

⚠ Important: This position requires previous dental office administrative experience and Dentrix knowledge. Applications without dental office experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk operations and patient flow
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
Manage recalls, follow-ups, and unscheduled treatment
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Ensure a professional and welcoming patient experience
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years dental administration experience required
Dentrix software experience is mandatory
Bilingual English/French preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced front desk
Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
