Village Green Dental Care is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Kanata. This is a full-time, patient-facing role focused on case acceptance, scheduling coordination, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in in presenting treatment plans, coordinating care, and supporting overall office production goals. This individual should be confident, organized, and highly professional, with strong communication and financial coordination skills.

Work Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from consultation to completion.
Main responsibilities include:
- Be available for patient consultations and support office production goals
- Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally to patients
- Review financial arrangements and collect/process patient payments
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemails in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare, coordinate, and confirm sedation appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and continuing care
- Review and update office metrics and reports regularly
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and data entry
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Schedule and manage treatment appointments efficiently to maximize productivity
- Provide exceptional patient care and help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment process
- Monitor unscheduled treatment and assist in improving case acceptance
About You
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and patient-focused. You take pride in supporting your team and helping create an excellent experience for every patient who walks through the door. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset to your work each day. Previous dental experience is preferred, with Level I or Level II Dental Assistant certification considered an asset. We also welcome candidates with strong experience in treatment coordination and assisting with treatment planning, as well as administrative professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience in a dental setting.

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
