We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office procedures, ensuring that our team provides exceptional patient care. This role requires proficiency in electronic medical records and familiarity with dental terminology, as well as experience in managing staff and coordinating office activities.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
Always strive for the highest-level of excellence in service for all our guests
Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to maintain high standards of service.
Oversee scheduling of appointments, patient records management, and billing processes using Dentrix software.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure that all medical records are accurately documented.
Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations for office personnel.
Serve as a liaison between patients and dental professionals to address concerns or inquiries regarding treatment plans.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency within the practice.

Skills

Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is essential for managing patient information effectively.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and acute care practices.
