At TriCity Orthodontics our focus is on the patients and providing the ultimate patient experience. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude in a fast pasted environment.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome and greet patients
-Schedule/confirm all appointments
-Take and process payments if needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent phone etiquette
-Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications:
-Minimum two years experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be comfortable on the phone
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills such as patience, teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving
-Previous Dental experience preferred but not required
-Must have transportation to all three of our locations in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, ON
