About the Role
HealthOne is currently seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental team. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless patient experience by guiding individuals through their treatment plans with clarity, care, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the dental field and a proven ability to communicate treatment options effectively, build trust, and support case acceptance. Responsibilities:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and consistently receive a 5-star experience.

Build strong, trusting relationships by clearly explaining treatment options, addressing concerns, and guiding patients toward informed decisions and acceptance of recommended care plans.

Manage administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency, including appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, payment processing, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Support overall clinic operations by following established protocols, contributing to team goals, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.

Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for enhancing the patient experience and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing performance and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in dental administration.

Exceptional client service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Highly organized with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to various aspects of the clinic’s success.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in using dental software, preferably Tracker or similar EMR/CRM systems.
Assets:
-
Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. dental administration, healthcare management).

At least 1 year of experience working with Invisalign cases.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding performance targets.
