About You:
- Experience Treatment Coordinating; Orthodontics an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with dental software considered an asset
- Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Support:
- Provide new patient process, teamwork to ensure excellence
Patient Experience:
- Deliver exceptional service, respond promptly to patient inquiries to ensure positive experience
Patient Consultation and Education:
- Meet with patients to explain the orthodontist's recommended treatment plans
Financial Coordination:
- Provide detailed cost estimates for treatment plans, explaining insurance coverage to patients
Appointment Management:
- Proactively follow up with new patients to schedule treatment and follow-up appointments
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday 7:45am- 5:00pm and 2 Saturday's per month 7:45am-2:00pm
