Position Overview
We are looking for a confident, organized and patient focused Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who takes pride in their work and truly cares about patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Presenting Orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Managing financial discussions, payment options and obtaining informed consent forms
- Collecting Orthodontic insurance payments
- Communicating effectively with the dentist and clinical team
- Ensuring an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
What Weʼre Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental or orthodontic treatment coordination experience is required
- Great understanding of Insurance plans
- Professional, positive, and solution-focused attitude
- Team player who values accountability and integrity
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Pay: $37.23-$43.51 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
