Skyline Dental Associates is a high-performing, patient-centered practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Senior Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a key role within the practice. We are looking for a confident, mature professional who can drive case acceptance, support front desk operations, and elevate the patient experience. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a leadership-level administrative role.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday (full-time hours)
- Flexibility may be required based on clinic needs

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Coordination
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Drive case acceptance and production growth
- Coordinate complex treatment sequencing and scheduling
- Manage financial arrangements and patient education
Front Desk Operations
- Support daily front desk workflow alongside the administrative team
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and recall systems
- Ensure smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain a high standard of patient experience and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of dental administration experience (required)
- Proven experience in treatment coordination and case presentation
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and financial arrangements
- Experience with Dentrix (required)
- Background as a Dental Assistant (DA) is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with accountability and initiative

- Dentrix: 1 year (required)
