Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Clarence Street Dental is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! As the trusted home of Dr. Melissa Sander, a Platinum Invisalign Provider, and teacher at Southern Ontario Dental College, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and a supportive, positive environment for both patients and team members.
As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be a key part of each patient’s smile journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding patients through consultations and treatment plans
- Reviewing treatment fees, estimates, and insurance details
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Providing patient communication and follow-ups via calls and emails
- Taking digital X-rays, scans and presenting Invisalign simulations
- Coordinating external referrals and documentation with general dentists
- Collaborating closely with our orthodontic team and front desk staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in orthodontic treatment coordination or planning is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A warm, welcoming personality and a passion for patient care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
