About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. While previous dental reception experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage recalls, and coordinate patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries about basic dental concerns (training provided)
- Process insurance claims and payments accurately
- Maintain organized and detailed patient records
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ClearDent or Dentrix software preferred (training available)
- Previous dental office or medical office experience is an asset
- Dental Assistants (RDA) who wish to transition to a front desk role are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
