Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including scaling, root planing, polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
- Conduct oral health assessments, including charting, periodontal evaluations, and documenting patient findings.
- Take and interpret intraoral and extraoral radiographs as required.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Apply fluoride, sealants, desensitizing agents, and other preventive therapies.
- Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, thorough clinical notes and patient records.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the province of Ontario.
- Strong communication and patient-education skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with dental software AkituOne is an asset.
