About The Role
As our Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the practice, leading the front-end team, supporting clinical flow, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting front-end staff
- Managing schedules, workflow, and daily operations
- Handling problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
- Supporting patient relations and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Maintaining strong communication between clinical and administrative teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of dental office management experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Confident decision-maker and excellent multitasker
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$38 per hour (dependent on experience, negotiable)

Schedule
- Full-time | Minimum 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (1 Saturday per month)
- Day off during the week when Saturday is worked
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Occasional flexibility required to support coverage needs
