Your Role:
- Welcome patients and serve as their primary point of contact for treatment plans
- Present treatment options, explain procedures, and discuss payment and financing solutions
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling with dentists and specialists
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and address questions or concerns
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Address patient concerns with empathy and efficiency
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of dental experience
- Minimum 3 years of Dentrix experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-first attitude and genuine care for patients
- Ability to thrive in a busy, patient-focused environment
