We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive dental office experience, and proficiency with practice management software such as Tracker. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient records management
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Manage electronic medical records systems and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Maintain knowledge of dental terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with staff and patients
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management to optimize practice profitability
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control protocols
- Support patient relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with dental providers to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care delivery
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and staff productivity

Your RoleLeadership & Team Management
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to administrative and clinical teams across both offices
- Foster accountability, teamwork, and respectful communication
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Act as a communication bridge between dentists, hygienists, and front office staff
- Lead regular team meetings, assist with goal-setting, and track performance
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and patient communications
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations, safety, and privacy standards
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and calmly
- Process vendor payments and manage basic office expenses
- Work closely with the accountant on reports, payroll coordination, and financial tracking
- Use dental software Tracker or similar systems to manage workflows and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of dental office experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Comfort managing teams while also handling administrative responsibilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dental scheduling, insurance billing, and practice software
- A steady, solutions-focused mindset and approachable leadership style
