We are growing our corporate portfolio and are searching for a knowledgeable dental administrator on track to become an office manager.

This would be a full-time role, which includes some weekend hours.

The Office Manager's role is to execute the day-to-day administration and coordination of the dental office. The ideal candidate for our team is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, and implement systems, manage scheduling and HR duties and structure, and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- At least 2 years of experience as a dental office administrator/office manager.

- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).

- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments, book dentist's schedule, hygiene chair.

- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle any troubleshooting of the office.

- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy.

- Experience working with Dental practice management software - Open Dental Software experience would be additional asset.

- Able proficiently run A/R and production reports.

- Scheduling the staff hours.

This position is for an experienced candidate who is looking for a carrier hike. The experience in Dental Office Administration is a must.

Wages will depend on the experience and will be discussed.
