Durban Labs, a leading digital dental laboratory in Canada, is hiring an Office Manager to run day-to-day administrative operations at our Toronto site. You’ll coordinate case intake, keep documentation accurate and up to date, and ensure smooth communication between dental offices and our lab technicians to keep work moving on time.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage inbound lab cases, scheduling, and end-to-end case intake coordination
Maintain accurate case tracking, documentation, and data quality across systems
Develop a working knowledge of our digital workflow across restorations and product types
Provide administrative support to the digital/CAD-CAM department
Coordinate timely, professional communication between dental offices and lab technicians
Support general office operations: phones, email, supplies, filing, and appointment logistics

QUALIFICATIONS

Office administration experience in a dental laboratory (required)
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and lab case workflows
Proficiency with computers and digital systems; comfortable learning new tools
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking across multiple queues
Clear written and verbal communication; professional client-facing demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technicians and managers
