Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Optimize customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure the warehouse has adequate stock.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure the office and warehouse are well-maintained.
- Handle marketing and promotional activities, such as creating quarterly flyers.
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure orders are properly processed and shipped to customers.
- Plan, manage, and attend trade shows and conferences.
Requirements:
- Dental office experience is preferred, such as dental assistant, dental hygienist, dental receptionist, and dental office manager.
- proven experience as an office manager/administrator.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build and supervise a team while providing guidance and support.
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 with bonus
*Bonuses are calculated based on a predefined performance matrix
