We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, billing, and patient records management using TRACKER
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards.
- Manage office budgets, supplies inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency.
- Utilize dental management software like TRACKER to maintain accurate patient records and streamline administrative processes.
- Assist with financial tasks including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with dental practitioners to ensure smooth clinical operations and effective communication between staff members.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management or a similar healthcare administrative role.
- Strong proficiency with TRACKER
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and medical terminology.
- Previous experience in human resources management within a healthcare setting.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting, billing procedures, and insurance claim processes.
- Experience working in medical or hospital environments is a plus; nursing or acute care background is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
